  • Street Fighting Man/outro [Jaime Castaneda, jaime@zip.com.au] From a new master tape : July 4,1972 @ JFK Stadium, Washington DC, complete with Rocks Off & All Down The Line. A real cool, and one of the best 1972 audience Recordings I've heard. This CD i think is suppose to be more complete than previous CD releases of this show (eg a complete ROCKS OFF). Anyhow the show was previously available on "Washington 72" from IMP and "Grass Widow". The sound quality on the new VGP release as usual kicks ass again over these 2 titles.

  • INSTRUMENTAL 4 [ 3:20] The Master Musicians Of Joujouka [2CD box]. [FENDERT] Same as old Rolling Stones label release...even notes and cover art but this import includes 4 alleged Jones-Hendrix jams. Moroccan stuff is great...Jones way ahead of his times...the jams..I'm not so sure they're authentic...

  • STREET FIGHTING MAN [6:02] * [EdPam5@aol.com] Hello - "Jump" (11/73 London on Flashback #04.90.0118) is a good sounding 2cd set (a copy I think of the vinyl "Tour de Force" 2lp set, although it was done quite well). It's very complete, with "Bye Bye Johnny" (a personal favorite). But I haven't seen it available in a long time. My fav 1973 tour disk, more for sound and energy, is "Brussels Affair 1973" on Chamelion #8812. This 1cd set has great sound!! Thanks to the folks who helped me with comments on "F*ckin' Tired"!! -Ed
