[DH] Mick Jagger's 29th birthday was also the last concert of the '72 tour. Legend has it this stereo soundboard recording was stolen from the mixing
desk by 2 fans. Some LPs ("Madison," "Tour '72") are in mono and only have the "Mick Taylor" channel so Keith can barely be heard.
Swingin' Pig releases are dubbed from old vinyl and drastically over NoNoised.  Best source is probably "Welcome to NY" LP with either 2815
or RS 546 REI matrix.

The cover looks the same as the official "Steel Wheels" release except there are only two rows of the steel wheel design with different printing.
This label will switch the covers around, so the other cover to look for is a take-off on the American Flag tour program from
"North American Tour 1989", which is the other side of the inlay. The sound is very good stereo soundboard. Overall, it's a bit thin (compressed) with
some tape hiss. The "East Troy '89" title is found on the Weeping Goat label (WG-009/10) and is from the same source.

[DH] Wizards of O.Z. appears to be the same as 2 other discs. I have Sydney Last Affair. Wonder if yours is better.  This isn't a real good board tape.
The high hat and cymbals are barely audible which makes the tape sound very flat.  2/24 and 2/26 are much better. This tape did not surface until 1993.
It's another stereo soundboard but not as good as the 2 above.  The last show of the tour; Mick babbles at times. Another good performance.
This release is the best of the 3 CDs. Note that all of these soundboard tapes are missing the last couple songs.

[J.MARKO] The 78 Tour reh. and the Tallahassee Lassie Cd are basicaly quite different. The tour rehearsals are from Woodstock NY before the tour (!)
Most of the early Tallahassee Lassie stuff (including the tracks you mention) are from RCA/Wally Heider studios from a session just after the tour ended. Thye also include The Harder They Come, Tallahassee Lassie (infamous Flamin groovies tune) Several takes of My Lat Plea ( a Jimmy Reed song)
among others. The 2 CD set you mentioned goes on to add a few tracks from those 78 Tour Reh. including Hot stuff and then some 60's Aftermath
things as well. But those tracks are definitly from an until recently undocumented/minimally documented session in LA in 1978.
